The Airport Show 2025, one of the aviation industry's most prominent gatherings, officially concluded last week at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Held from May 6th to 8th, the three-day event welcomed over 6,000 aviation professionals from more than 30 countries, showcasing the latest innovations in airport sustainability, passenger experience, and airside technology. The event was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and featured several ground breaking exhibits, including major national pavilions from Germany and Italy, both of which marked their largest-ever participation, with 47 companies unveiling advanced solutions for the future of aviation.
Running concurrently, the 12th edition of the Global Airport Leaders Forum (GALF) brought together over 50 top-tier speakers and global aviation leaders to discuss the industry’s future — including preparations for 12.4 billion air travellers by 2050 and the growing role of digital transformation in airport operations worldwide.
With powerful international collaboration, forward-looking technology, and visionary dialogue, Airport Show 2025 reinforced Dubai’s position as a global aviation thought leader.
