In his opening remarks, His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi emphasized that the "Winter Ghiras" program reflects IACAD's dedication to the goals of "Dubai’s Social Agenda 33," which aims to strengthen family and community bonds while promoting national identity. Targeted at girls aged 7 to 15, the "Winter Ghiras" program aims to instill Islamic and human values, enhance ethical behavior, and strengthen national identity. Organized during the winter break, it features a variety of activities held at multiple community and cultural centers, including the Al-Mizhar Cultural Islamic Center, Umm Al Sheif Cultural Islamic Center, Nad Al Sheba Women's Center, Maktoum Quran Centers in Nad Al Sheba 4 and Al Wuraqa 1, Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture, Hatta Community Center, and Al Nahda Ladies Association in Al Lisili.
