Most of the sales came from two new residential towers, "Mawj" and "Ghadeer," which were very popular at the event. This shows that people are becoming more interested in buying homes in Khorfakkan, a beautiful area in Sharjah.
Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, CEO of Shurooq, spoke about how well the "Mawj" and "Ghadeer" towers did at the exhibition. He explained that the positive response is a sign that more people believe in the Khorfakkan real estate market. It also fits well with Sharjah’s plans for better, more sustainable development.
The "Ajwan Khorfakkan" project covers 65,269 square metres and includes six buildings with 185 luxury apartments. These apartments offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf or the mountains of Khorfakkan.
This project is a big part of Shurooq’s goal to improve the real estate market in Sharjah. With 70% of the apartments already sold, the "Ajwan Khorfakkan" project is moving forward and helping to make Khorfakkan a more popular and exciting place to live.
