Dubai Names Abdullah Al Shehi CEO of RERA

In a significant administrative decision underscoring Dubai’s commitment to strengthening its real estate governance, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, has issued Executive Council Resolution No. (73) of 2025.

Through this landmark resolution, Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Mohammed Saleh Al Shehi has been officially transferred from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

The resolution comes into immediate effect from the date of issuance and, in accordance with governance procedures, will be published in the Official Gazette.
