Rubina Dilaik Slams Threats to Husband Amid Asim Riaz Row

TV actress Rubina Dilaik recently stood up for her husband, actor Abhinav Shukla, after he received death threats online. The threats came from fans of rapper Asim Riaz, following a disagreement between Abhinav and Asim.

This all started when Asim made a rude comment about Rubina. He said she wasn’t fit for the reality show Battleground because the show is focused on fitness. Abhinav didn’t like this and responded strongly to Asim, which upset Asim’s fans.

Things got worse when Abhinav shared a scary message he received from someone claiming to be part of a criminal gang. The message included bad language and even threatened to shoot him, just like the incident outside actor Salman Khan’s house in 2024. The person said, “I’m from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. I know where you live. Should I come over? Just like Salman Khan was shot at, I’ll come to your house and shoot you with an AK-47.” The person sent this message in Hindi, and it has been roughly translated into English.

Rubina, shocked and angry, shared a screenshot of another message from a fan of Asim. She posted it on Instagram and wrote, “My silence is not my weakness! Don’t test my patience.”

Meanwhile, Asim Riaz posted a message on his Instagram without naming anyone. But it was clear he was talking about Abhinav. In the post, Asim said, “Four judges were having a real conversation, who even asked you to jump in? Stop poking your nose everywhere and trying to act like a hero. This isn’t some WhatsApp drama. People like you only talk when someone else’s name gives you attention. This wasn’t your scene, but you still forced yourself in like you mattered.”

So far, the people who make Battleground have not said anything officially about the fight.

For those who don’t know, Battleground is a reality show where both Rubina Dilaik and Asim Riaz are judges. Another judge on the show is Abhishek Malhan. Recently, there was a heated argument between the judges, especially between Asim and Rubina. Asim questioned Rubina’s role on the show and said she didn’t deserve to be there. During the argument, he reportedly said some very disrespectful things to her.
