RAK PORTS, a dynamic network of four ports located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jianhua Holdings Group. This agreement aims to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the RAK Maritime City Free Zone, marking a significant step in enhancing the region's industrial capabilities.

This partnership aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s strategic goals for industrial growth, supporting the vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. The collaboration emphasizes RAK PORTS’ commitment to economic development and diversification.
Jianhua Holdings Group is in the final stages of planning Phase 1 of the investment, which will exceed 100 million AED. The new facility will focus on producing Prestressed High-Strength Concrete piles, catering to the growing demand for quality construction materials in both GCC and Asian markets. The MOU was signed in Shenzhen, China, on September 11th, underscoring the shared ambition of both organizations to boost local manufacturing and support the UAE's industrial diversification strategy.
Roy Cummins, CEO of RAK PORTS, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: “We are excited to partner with Jianhua, a strategic ally that shares our dedication to innovation and excellence. This manufacturing facility will not only meet the increasing demand for construction materials in the region but also strengthen our role in the UAE’s industrial sector.”
Xu Jingxin, Founder and Chairman of Jianhua Holdings Group, highlighted the company's extensive experience: “With over 30 years in precast concrete products and technology, Jianhua is committed to long-term investment and sustainable growth. We look forward to contributing to the robust economic development of Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE through our partnership with RAK PORTS and our local collaborators.”
