Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the Indian women’s cricket team at his residence on November 5 to celebrate their ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 victory. The meeting was full of happy and proud moments. During the conversation, cricketer Harleen Kaur Deol asked PM Modi a light and playful question about his skincare routine. Her question made everyone laugh and brought a friendly feeling to the gathering.
PM Modi smiled and said that he does not use any special skincare products. He mentioned that he has been working as a leader for 25 years and believes the glow on his face comes from the blessings of the people. His reply was simple and humble, which made the moment warm and relatable.
This is not the first time such a question has been asked. In 2020, someone had asked PM Modi how his face looks fresh and glowing. At that time, he joked that he works so hard and sweats so much that the sweat works like a natural massage on his face.
Behind the humor, PM Modi’s lifestyle is known to be very disciplined. He wakes up early in the morning, practices yoga, and follows meditation. His food habits are also very simple. He avoids heavy or oily food and focuses on clean eating.
PM Modi also follows fasting very strictly. He has said that fasting does not make him weak. Instead, it makes him more focused and energetic. During Chaturmas, which lasts several months, he eats only one meal a day. During Shardiya Navratri, he drinks only hot water and does not eat solid food at all. He has followed fasting traditions for nearly 50 to 55 years.
Even at the age of 74, PM Modi works long hours and travels frequently for meetings and events. His routine shows that simple habits, discipline, and mental balance can help maintain strong health.
The meeting with the Indian women’s cricket team was not just a celebration of victory but also a reminder that success comes from focus and dedication. The players looked happy and respected by the Prime Minister.
The small moment when Harleen asked about his skincare became very popular online, but it also showed something meaningful — good health and glow often come from disciplined living, not from beauty products.
