NMDC Group Profit Jumps 29% in 2025, Dividend Up 20%

NMDC Group, a global company in engineering, procurement, construction, and marine dredging, announced strong financial results for 2025.

The company reported total revenues of AED 28.8 billion, showing a 10% year-on-year increase. The UAE remained NMDC’s largest market, contributing 81% of total revenues, while international markets made up the remaining 19%.

NMDC Group also recorded a major rise in profitability. Its net profit increased by 29% year-on-year, crossing AED 4.0 billion. The company said this growth was supported by improved operational efficiency, stronger margins, and a favourable business mix.

Following the results, NMDC Group’s Board of Directors proposed a 20% increase in cash dividends for 2025. The proposed dividend stands at AED 844.4 million, equal to AED 1 per share, subject to approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Assembly meeting.

In terms of business growth, NMDC’s awarded projects in 2025 reached AED 19.5 billion, helping the company build a strong project backlog of AED 57.9 billion.

The company also reported that its total pipeline exceeded AED 109 billion by the end of 2025, spread across multiple business verticals and different regions. NMDC’s newest vertical, NMDC Infra, contributed more than 10% of the group’s pipeline, showing the company’s continued diversification.

Commenting on the performance, Mohamed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chairman of NMDC Group, said the 2025 results reflect the company’s commitment to shareholders, clients, partners, and the UAE. He added that NMDC continues to expand its global footprint and deliver high-value projects in the UAE, the GCC, and other markets.

Eng. Yasser Zaghloul, Group CEO, said 2025 was a year of strong progress and operational achievements, marking another chapter of resilient growth in the group’s 50-year history. He added that NMDC will continue focusing on value creation by entering high-potential markets, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining profitability. He also noted that the company plans to strengthen its position further by enhancing assets, using AI, and refining its business model.
