Meraas Unveils New Phase of City Walk Crestlane in Dubai

Meraas, which is part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced a new phase of its City Walk Crestlane project. City Walk Crestlane is a waterside housing project with wide views. This new phase was launched earlier this year. The strong interest from investors shows that Meraas is becoming known as a company that builds modern and comfortable communities in Dubai.

This new phase has two towers with a total of 198 high-quality homes. People living here can see the Dubai skyline. The homes include one to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom duplex homes with private terraces, and five-bedroom penthouses with very high ceilings. Each home is designed to be peaceful, with lots of green plants and water views.
