Al Dhafra Open Day Connects Emiratis with 150+ Jobs

Al Dhafra witnessed a vibrant gathering of talent and opportunity as Mawaheb Talent Hub, part of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, organised an Open Day for Employment. The event attracted Emirati professionals and fresh graduates eager to meet employers from government, semi-government, and private sectors.

Over 19 entities participated, including the Ministry of Education, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, ADNOC, TAQA, SEHA Al Dhafra Hospitals, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and global firms like G42 and Rheinmetall. Together, these organisations offered more than 150 roles spanning government services, energy, finance, emerging technologies, and healthcare.

The open day provided a unique platform for Emirati jobseekers to engage directly with recruiters, attend interviews, and gain insights into career paths. Many attendees expressed appreciation for the chance to connect face-to-face with organisations they aspire to join.

Mawaheb Talent Hub emphasised that such initiatives accelerate the hiring process, support professional development, and create smarter job matches.
