Israel has released gripping footage capturing the daring rescue of three hostages from Hamas captivity in Gaza. Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv were among the four captives liberated by the Israeli military in a meticulously executed operation over the weekend.
The video offers a glimpse into the tense moments as Israeli military and police personnel stormed the apartment where the hostages were held. Elite unit Yamam orchestrated the rescue with precision, swiftly extracting the captives from danger.

The four hostages, including Noa Argamani, were abducted during the October 7 attack at the Nova music festival. While Argamani was rescued from one location, Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv were held elsewhere, necessitating a separate rescue operation.
Dubbed "Seeds of Summer" by the IDF, the operation was meticulously planned over weeks, leveraging precise intelligence to ensure the safety of the hostages and the success of the mission. Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari of the Israel Defense Force hailed the operation's surgical precision and described it as a high-risk endeavor.
The conflict that precipitated the hostages' abduction began with a deadly Hamas assault on southern Israel on October 7. The attack resulted in 1,189 Israeli fatalities and the abduction of 252 hostages. In response, Israel launched a series of relentless actions, resulting in over 36,801 deaths in Gaza, with civilians bearing the brunt of the casualties.
