Chinese smartphone brand iQOO is all set to make a major impact in the Indian premium segment with the launch of its new flagship, the iQOO 15, on November 26. Promoted as a performance-centric device, the iQOO 15 is designed to rival top-tier Android smartphones with cutting-edge specs and advanced cooling technology.
Sleek Design with Distinctive Touch
Leaks and early images reveal that the iQOO 15 brings a fresh design language. The back panel features a square-shaped camera module with an RGB light ring, while the aluminium frame adds a premium feel. The front hosts a flat display with sharper edges, giving the device a bold, contemporary look.
Top-Notch Performance Specs
At its core, the iQOO 15 packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, coupled with LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The addition of a Q3 Supercomputing chip promises stable gaming performance with consistent frame rates. Software-wise, the phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with expected India-specific optimizations.
The display is reportedly a 6.85-inch curved Samsung M14 8T LTPO AMOLED panel, offering 2K+ resolution, up to 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. Heat management has been a key focus, with an 8,000 sq mm vapour cooling chamber ensuring the phone remains cool during extended gaming or multitasking sessions.
Camera and Battery
Photography enthusiasts can expect a triple 50MP rear camera setup—main, ultra-wide, and periscope telephoto—complete with OIS, while the 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. Battery capacity is rumored to be 7,000 mAh, supported by 100W fast charging, ensuring long hours of usage without compromise.
Price and Availability
While iQOO hasn’t officially confirmed pricing, leaks suggest the iQOO 15 could start around Rs 59,999 in India. The launch on November 26 will provide the final specifications, variants, and pricing details.
With its blend of powerful performance, high-end display, and gaming-friendly cooling, the iQOO 15 is positioned to challenge premium smartphones in India and attract enthusiasts looking for a true flagship experience.
