His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the United Arab Emirates, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, has officially issued Decision No. (61) of 2024. This decision announces the appointment of Muna Abdulrahman Salah Abdulrahman Alosaimi as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strategy and Corporate Governance at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai.
The move marks a strategic step towards enhancing the leadership of the RTA, one of Dubai's key governmental entities responsible for maintaining and developing the emirate’s transportation and infrastructure systems. Muna Alosaimi’s appointment aligns with Dubai’s ongoing commitment to developing efficient governance frameworks and advancing strategic planning across its public entities. Her role will be crucial in shaping the RTA’s long-term vision, ensuring that it operates in line with the broader goals of the Dubai government, especially in areas such as sustainability, innovation, and smart city development.
