Global Village, the region's leading multicultural destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and attractions, is officially welcoming visitors today, October 16, marking the launch of its 29th season. The opening ceremony is set to begin at 6 PM, promising a stunning performance filled with exciting surprises to captivate guests.
As a major highlight on Dubai’s annual events calendar, Global Village acts as a central hub for significant activations and performances while enhancing the emirate’s cultural offerings. This season, which runs until May 11, 2025, is the largest to date, featuring 30 pavilions that showcase over 90 cultures from around the globe. Visitors can look forward to more than 3,500 shopping outlets, over 250 dining choices, and an incredible lineup of more than 40,000 shows, alongside 200 rides, games, and attractions—all curated to elevate the visitor experience.

Global Village stands out for its cultural richness, offering guests a chance to explore diverse heritages and indulge in unique shopping experiences across its various pavilions. This season, the dining experience has been enhanced with a variety of global cuisines available in multiple areas. The newly introduced Restaurant Plaza will feature 11 double-story restaurants, while the revamped Railway Market and Floating Market offer fresh designs and a wide range of delicacies. Fiesta Street has also transformed with vibrant double-story kiosks.
This season introduces three new cultural pavilions: Jordan, Iraq, and Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. Each pavilion allows visitors to delve into the rich cultures, traditions, and culinary delights of these regions, as well as discover unique shopping items.
Among the many attractions, guests can enjoy over 200 rides, games, and activities, with most located in the Carnaval® area. Popular favorites such as the Neon Galaxy X – Challenge Zone and the largest House of Fear in the region return, alongside a new experience called Secrets of the Lost City, a treasure hunt designed for guests aged 10 and above. Additionally, the much-anticipated Exo City Planet attraction will debut soon, offering fresh adventures for families.
Entertainment this season includes a stunning array of over 40,000 shows featuring world-class performers and beloved characters. A highlight will be the brand-new Cyber City Danger Zone Stunt Show, showcasing jaw-dropping stunts that promise to thrill audiences. The Main Stage will host international acts like Urban Crew, AAINJAA, African Footprint, and MALEVO, alongside exclusive productions by the Global Village Entertainment team, including the exciting Merry Go Round and a new Haunted House show. For younger guests, engaging performances from The Wonderers, PJ Masks, Peter Rabbit, and Octonauts will take center stage at the Kids Theatre.
New features this season include a captivating 3D projection in the exit dome of the Gate of the World and an expanded Dragon Lake with a magnificent dragon that is twice the size of last year’s, providing enchanting moments for visitors. Additionally, the famous Global Village firework displays will light up the sky every Friday and Saturday at 9 PM, creating a magical atmosphere for all attendees.
To enhance guest convenience, Global Village has improved services across all parking zones and has installed prominently displayed directional signs within and outside the park.
Ticketing options are diverse, with prices unchanged from previous seasons. The Weekday ticket, valid from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), promotes weekday visits, while the Any Day ticket offers flexibility for visits on any day, including holidays. Family and ladies' Tuesdays (excluding public holidays) encourage family outings. Tickets can be purchased through the Global Village official website, mobile app, or at ticket counters at the gates. The Any Day ticket is priced at AED 30, while the Weekday ticket costs AED 25.
With a jam-packed calendar of events from today until May 11, 2025, Global Village is set to deliver an unparalleled guest experience, promising to inspire countless return visits.
