FIX Dessert Chocolatier Launches Two Nostalgic Bars in Dubai

Dubai-based FIX Dessert Chocolatier has expanded its celebrated dessert range with the launch of two brand-new chocolate bars, ‘Honey I’m Comb’ and ‘Jam or Go Nuts’. The new creations were unveiled at an immersive pop-up experience held at the iconic Museum of the Future, in collaboration with Careem.

Inspired by comforting childhood flavours, ‘Jam or Go Nuts’ reimagines the classic peanut butter and jam sandwich. The dessert bar features crunchy peanut butter, a rich jam-filled centre and FIX’s signature smooth blondie chocolate coating, delivering a warm and familiar taste with a modern twist.

The second launch, ‘Honey I’m Comb’, focuses on indulgence and texture. It combines a light, airy mousse with a crisp caramelised honeycomb layer, offering a refined dessert experience that balances sweetness with a satisfying crunch.

The pop-up activation runs from January 2 to January 11 and offers more than just dessert. Visitors can enjoy interactive attractions, including futuristic photo booths, a friendly Robo Dog and an exciting laser heist challenge, where guests attempt to reach the new FIX dessert bars for a chance to win exclusive merchandise.

Commenting on the launch, Sarah Hamouda, Co-Founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier, said the new bars are inspired by personal memories. She explained that FIX focuses on layering flavours and textures, and the Museum of the Future was the perfect venue to showcase the brand’s latest innovations.

Bassel Alnahlaoui, Chief Business Officer at Careem, highlighted Careem’s role in supporting home-grown brands. He noted that FIX’s viral popularity has turned ordering its dessert bars into a city-wide craze and confirmed that Careem will exclusively deliver the new flavours starting January 12.

FIX Dessert Chocolatier, widely recognised as the brand behind ‘The Original Dubai Chocolate’, continues to build a strong global following for its inventive flavours. Both ‘Honey I’m Comb’ and ‘Jam or Go Nuts’ will be available exclusively on Careem from January 12, priced at AED 68.25 per bar, with two daily drops at 2pm and 5pm in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
