Dubai’s FIX Dessert Chocolatier Debuts First UK Pop-Up

London just got a sweet new reason to visit Harrods. FIX Dessert Chocolatier, the Dubai-born brand famed for its playful, innovative chocolate creations, has opened its first-ever international pop-up at the iconic Knightsbridge department store. Running from 27 October to 23 November, this marks the first chance for UK customers to experience FIX outside the UAE.

The pop-up transforms Harrods’ Chocolate Hall into a vibrant, candy-colored playground for chocolate lovers. Visitors are greeted by the “FIX Flavour Stop,” featuring pastel pink banquette seating, a whimsical take on the London transit map, and plenty of opportunities for Instagram-worthy photos.

Dubai-based FIX has also unveiled a world-first beverage exclusive to the Harrods pop-up: the OG FIX Hot Chocolate. Served from a specialty FIX truck outside on Hans Crescent until 19 November, the drink features a rich chocolate base topped with pistachio Chantilly, a dark chocolate disk, and a croissant-filo pastry twist.

The dessert lineup includes the viral sensation “Can’t Get Knafeh Of It” bar—a decadent fusion of knafeh pastry, pistachios, and chocolate—as well as five other cult favorites, such as “Pick Up A Pretzel,” “Catch Me If Pecan,” and “Mind Your Own Biscuit.” Each bar is priced from £25, and the first 150 visitors will receive a special gift with purchase. The outdoor hot chocolate is available for £10.

FIX’s pop-up brings its signature sense of fun to Harrods, with candy-bright serving cups, duck egg-blue aprons, and sunshine-hued picnic umbrellas enhancing the immersive experience. The brand’s playful yet high-quality approach has made it a global phenomenon, and Londoners now have the chance to indulge in its innovative creations firsthand.

This month-long event is a full-circle moment for co-founder Sarah Hamouda, who grew up visiting Harrods and now brings her homegrown Dubai brand to London, offering chocolate lovers a taste of something truly unique.
