Dubai Future Academy Launches FEEL 2.0 for Global Leaders

Dubai has once again strengthened its position as a global hub for innovation and foresight with the launch of the second edition of FEEL: A Disruptive Futures Program by the Dubai Future Academy, part of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF).

Following an international call that drew 401 applications from 68 nationalities, only 30 participants representing 15 countries and 15 diverse sectors were chosen. The program, running for four weeks, aims to equip senior and next-generation leaders with practical foresight tools and future-readiness skills to navigate global transformations.

The second edition of FEEL goes beyond traditional learning by combining theory with real-world application. Participants will explore futures thinking, foresight methodologies, and innovation strategies through interactive workshops, lab work, and site visits to leading institutions.

As part of the immersive experience, participants will engage directly with pioneering organizations such as the Technology Innovation Institute, Micropolis Robotics, Dubai Future Labs, and the Sustainability and Innovation Center at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. These visits aim to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world innovation in sustainability, robotics, and technology.

The FEEL program stands as a vital element of Dubai Future Foundation’s mission to cultivate a forward-thinking leadership ecosystem. By bringing together minds from different sectors and countries, the initiative reinforces Dubai’s vision of becoming a global capital for future design, knowledge, and innovation — a city that doesn’t just predict the future but actively builds it.
