Creators HQ in Dubai: A New Global Hub for Digital Creators. In just half a year, Dubai has successfully built a new global centre for content creators. Known as Creators HQ the initiative has attracted thousands of creative minds, companies, and digital talents from all around the world. It has quickly become a symbol of the UAE’s ambition to lead the modern digital economy and position itself as the world’s capital for creative industries.
Launched in January 2025 during the third edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit Creators HQ has already become a meeting point for people who shape conversations online, create entertainment, teach, inspire, and share meaningful stories.

How Fast Creators HQ Grew
Since its opening earlier this year, the numbers tell a powerful story. 2,415 active members have already joined from 147 countries
Together, these creators reach an astonishing 2.45 billion followers across digital platforms. Their videos, posts, and projects cover almost every subject you can imagine—entertainment, education, culture, social awareness, and humanitarian causes.
The impact is huge. Millions of viewers worldwide follow this community, and the content shared from Dubai is helping shape public opinion and inspire change across societies.
But Creators HQ is not just about individuals. It has also pulled in 78 international companies from 24 different countries. Many of these businesses have even moved their offices to the UAE to be closer to this fast-growing content hub. The strongest participation so far has come from the United Kingdom, the United States, India, France, and Germany.
The UAE now has a clear plan to expand further. The next target is to build a network of 10,000 creators making Dubai not just a host city, but a true global capital for the content economy.
The Vision Behind Creators HQ
The creation of Creators HQ is not accidental. It is part of a much bigger vision designed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum the Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. His idea is to turn Dubai into the global capital of the creative and content economy—a place where the world’s most talented creators gather, grow, and share their work with the world.
This vision is backed by serious support. The Content Creators Fund launched earlier at the second 1 Billion Followers Summit, helps finance creative projects, new talents, and innovative ideas. It ensures that young creators and businesses have the financial and practical tools to succeed.
Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi Minister of Cabinet Affairs, explained that the success of Creators HQ is proof of the UAE’s ambition to lead in this field. He said that content is not just entertainment—it is one of the most powerful forces shaping the future. According to him, Dubai’s ability to bring together both creators and companies from around the world shows its strength as a hub for growth in the global content economy.
What Creators HQ Offers
Creators HQ is not just a name or a symbolic project. It is both a physical and digital space built with modern facilities to meet the needs of today’s creators. Inside, creators and companies find services, tools, and opportunities that help them improve their work and reach bigger audiences.
The headquarters welcomes:
Independent creators who make videos, podcasts, art, or educational material.
Advertising and marketing agencies that help brands connect with people.
Media, film, and music producers.
Fashion, design, and lifestyle brands.
Animation studios and visual arts professionals.
Technology and gaming companies, including those working in social media, apps, streaming, e-sports, virtual reality, and augmented reality. Developers working in machine learning, software design, and creative digital technologies.
By gathering all these talents under one roof, the HQ becomes a centre of cooperation where people from different industries can meet, exchange ideas, and start new projects together.
Why Dubai?
The UAE has always been known for its ability to think big and turn ambitious ideas into reality. In the past, it built some of the world’s tallest buildings, largest airports, and busiest trade hubs. Now, with Creators HQ, it wants to lead in the digital economy—the economy of creativity, knowledge, and ideas.
Dubai already offers many advantages for creators and companies:
Strong government support.
Modern infrastructure and technology.
A central global location connecting East and West.
Attractive tax and business policies.
A multicultural environment where people from hundreds of nationalities live and work together.
These strengths make Dubai a natural choice for creators who want to grow globally.
Building a Creative Ecosystem
The real purpose of Creators HQ is not only to host creators but also to build an ecosystem where they can thrive. An ecosystem means a supportive environment where every part works together—creators, companies, investors, and government.
Creators HQ supports partnerships between industries, helps launch new creative projects, and promotes the exchange of knowledge. It encourages people to make content that is not just entertaining but also socially, culturally, and economically valuable.
In other words, the goal is to grow a new generation of creators who can inspire positive change while also building successful careers.
Early Achievements
In just six months, Creators HQ has already shown the world what it can achieve. With over 2,400 members billions of followers, and dozens of international companies choosing to relocate to Dubai, the HQ has proven that it is not only a regional initiative but a global one.
It is a pioneering experiment that shows how a country can lead the future of the content economy by investing in talent, providing resources, and creating an environment where creativity is celebrated.
Looking Ahead
The plans for Creators HQ are ambitious. With a target of reaching 10,000 creators, it is only at the beginning of its journey. As the world moves deeper into the digital age, content will play an even bigger role in shaping economies, cultures, and global conversations.
By establishing Creators HQ, Dubai has taken a major step in ensuring it stays at the forefront of this movement.
Creators HQ in Dubai is more than just a community—it is a vision turned into reality. It brings together creators, companies, and innovators from across the globe, giving them the tools and support they need to grow. By doing so, the UAE is not only boosting its own economy but also helping shape the future of how content is created, shared, and valued worldwide.
In only six months, it has become clear that Creators HQ is not just a regional success story—it is a global hub for creativity.
