Dubai, 28DIGITAL Join Hands to Boost Global Tech Partnerships

Dubai’s digital landscape is set for a new wave of international collaboration as the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 28DIGITAL, a leading European organisation promoting digital knowledge and innovation.

The agreement, unveiled at Expand North Star 2025 hosted at Dubai Harbour, aims to strengthen ties between Dubai and Europe, creating fresh opportunities for entrepreneurs and tech ventures. Saeed AlGergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Federico Menna, CEO of 28DIGITAL, attended the signing ceremony, marking a milestone in cross-border digital cooperation.

The MoU focuses on several key areas, including market discovery, facilitating business and investment opportunities, and supporting companies looking to establish operations in Dubai or European markets. Both parties plan to promote active engagement within their innovation ecosystems, organise business missions, offer investor referrals, and enable access to local incubators, accelerators, and finance services.

This partnership aligns with Dubai’s vision under the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) to become a global hub for technology and innovation. Expand North Star, a flagship initiative of the Chamber, continues to serve as a platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading digital economy in the region.
