Digital Dubai’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce was recognized with two major wins in the Human Resources category. The organization claimed the Gold Award for Achievement in Human Resources for its Talent Management Ecosystem, which focuses on developing, empowering, and retaining talent across the sector. In addition, the Silver Award for the Digital Pioneers program acknowledged the Authority’s efforts to nurture local talent and equip them with the skills to thrive in the digital economy.

Raising the Bar in Customer Service

Customer satisfaction has been a defining measure of Dubai’s digital transformation journey, and Digital Dubai proved its leadership with notable success in this category. The organization received the Silver Award for Achievement in Customer Satisfaction after recording an impressive 98% satisfaction rate across more than 320 services, an achievement that reflects the city’s drive to deliver seamless and efficient experiences for residents and visitors alike. Adding to this success, Reem Al Falasi, Principal Customer Management Executive, received the Silver Award for Customer Service Executive of the Year, highlighting the individual talent driving these results.

Its “Be Aware” campaign was honored for the Most Innovative Use of Social Media, praised for its wide reach and creative awareness methods. The Authority’s Marketing and Communications Department was named Best Marketing Department of the Year 2025, underlining the impact of its outreach strategies. In addition, the organization earned recognition for Communications or PR Campaign of the Year for Internal Communications, specifically for institutions with over 100 employees—an acknowledgment of its success in strengthening internal engagement and collaboration.
