Amit Jain, the CEO and Co-Founder of CarDekho Group, expressed his excitement about this new venture. He shared that the company, which began its journey in a smaller Indian city, has now expanded beyond national borders. "What started in a Tier-2 city to empower customers across India has now transcended borders," he said.
This move is also in line with the UAE’s 'Vision 2030,' a government initiative focused on sustainable transport and digital transformation. CarDekho is committed to contributing to this vision by introducing modern technology and financial solutions that will enhance the automobile sector in the region.
Jain also highlighted the company’s ambition to establish itself as a major global player in the auto-financial industry. "With the support of our teams, partners, and customers, we hope to set new standards and make CarDekho a well-known name in the global mobility and financial space," he added.
CarDekho's expansion into the UAE comes after its successful entry into Southeast Asia. The company already operates under the OTO brand in Indonesia and runs Carmudi and Zigwheels in the Philippines. This latest move strengthens CarDekho’s presence in the international market and brings it closer to becoming a key player in the global automotive industry.
