The tour is part of the department's efforts to build strong relationships with tourism leaders in the UK. By meeting with key people in the tourism industry, Ajman hopes to introduce its excellent offerings and build partnerships that can help grow tourism.

The tour will visit several important cities in the UK, such as Edinburgh, Newcastle, Reading, and London. In these cities, the Ajman delegation will meet with local tourism representatives and explore how they can work together to promote Ajman as a tourist destination. The meetings will focus on ways to cooperate, form new partnerships, and share information about the experiences and services that Ajman offers. These steps are meant to encourage tourists from the UK and Europe to visit the emirate.

Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, the Director-General of the Ajman Department of Tourism Development, shared his thoughts on the tour. He said, "Through this tour, we want to make people more aware of Ajman as a great place to visit. We also hope to find new opportunities for working together and exchanging ideas."

Alhashmi added, “Our goal is to sign new agreements with tourism leaders in the UK that will bring more tourists to Ajman. This is all part of our plan to make Ajman a growing destination for travelers from Europe."

The UK is an important market for tourism in Ajman, ranking among the top ten sources of visitors to the emirate. In 2024, the number of visitors from the UK to Ajman increased by 9%, and the average length of stay grew by 36% compared to the year before. This shows that more and more British tourists are choosing Ajman as their travel destination.

Ajman offers visitors a special experience, with its clean beaches, stunning natural beauty, and rich history. The Emirates also has a variety of luxury hotels that cater to different tastes and needs.

To make this tour even more special, leading hotels from Ajman and Emirates Airlines are joining the promotional efforts, hoping to attract even more visitors from the UK.
