1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup spinach or kale

1 small capsicum
2–3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small piece of ginger
1 green chilli (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon turmeric
Salt to taste
4 cups water or vegetable broth
Lemon juice (optional)
Fresh coriander or parsley
Step 1: Warm the Oil
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium flame. You may use coconut oil if you prefer.
Step 2: Add Garlic, Ginger, and Onion
Sauté the garlic, ginger, and onion until they become light golden. This improves the flavor and boosts metabolism.
Step 3: Add the Vegetables
