Beijing Tianbing Technology Co., also known as Space Pioneer, issued a statement on Sunday confirming that the first stage of its Tianlong-3 rocket suffered a structural failure during a test. The incident occurred at the launch pad, causing the stage to detach and land in a hilly area near Gongyi, located in central China.
