Sanzen Sells Out Phase One of AED 2.36bn Sukoon Project

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, 21 January 2026 — Sanzen Real Estate Development has announced the successful sell-out of Phase One of Sukoon, its landmark integrated residential community located in the Al Tay district of Sharjah. The project carries a total estimated development value of AED 2.36 billion and has witnessed strong market demand from both end users and long-term investors.
