They conducted 17 traffic awareness campaigns to teach people about road safety and traffic rules.

These campaigns help make society safer and healthier for everyone.

Touring The Operations Department
After the briefing, His Highness toured the Operations Department. This department uses AI-based systems to handle security reports and tasks quickly. These systems help the police manage their work better and respond faster to emergencies.
He also learned that their network is connected with traffic cameras all over the emirate, which helps them keep an eye on roads and ensure traffic safety.
Reports Management Centre
His Highness received a detailed briefing about the Reports Management Centre. He learned about:
999 emergency report platforms, which people can call any time to get help during emergencies.
24/7 monitoring systems, which means the police are always watching and ready to respond.
Patrol coordination platforms, which help in sending police cars to the right places at the right time.
Early warning systems for gold and money exchange stores to keep them safe from thefts and crimes.
901 Call Management Centre
He also visited the 901 Call Management Centre. This centre is for non-emergency calls. It helps people with their inquiries and connects them with the right services. This centre improves communication between the public and the police, ensuring that everyone’s needs are met efficiently.
Visiting Simulation Rooms
The visit ended with a tour of the simulation rooms. These rooms are designed to train police personnel. In these rooms, officers practice how to manage real-time reports and situations effectively. This training helps them perform better when they face real incidents on duty.

Sheikh Dr Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler’s Office
