Revanth Reddy Makes Big Claim Against Allu Arjun's Character

On December 4, a sad incident happened at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad during the screening of the movie Pushpa 2. A 35-year-old woman died in a stampede-like situation, and her 8-year-old son was hurt. The incident happened because many people crowded together to catch a glimpse of the famous actor, Allu Arjun. The boy is now in a private hospital, and doctors are closely watching his condition.

After this tragedy, the Chief Minister of Telangana, A Revanth Reddy, made serious claims about Allu Arjun. He said that the actor went to the theater even though the police had not given permission for him to do so. Reddy also said that despite the woman’s death, the actor stayed at the theater, and it was only when the police forced him to leave that he finally left.

Allu Arjun quickly responded to these claims. He said in a press conference that he followed the police's instructions to reach the theater. The actor denied the accusation that he had done a roadshow as Reddy had said. Allu Arjun explained that he was simply waving to the crowd when he arrived, which is normal at such events.

Reddy added that the theater management had asked the police for extra security before the event on December 2 because they were expecting a large crowd. However, the police denied the request because the theater was small and it would have been difficult to manage such a big crowd safely. Despite this, Reddy claimed that Allu Arjun’s private security pushed fans aside, which led to the stampede-like situation.

The situation got worse when a police officer tried to speak to Allu Arjun and ask him to leave the theater because of the large crowd. At first, the theater management did not allow the officer to meet the actor. But later, a senior police officer arrived and told Allu Arjun that he had to leave, or the police would take him to the police station. The actor finally left, but even as he left, he waved to the crowd again, which upset Reddy.

Reddy strongly criticized the actor’s actions. He said that when the police went to Allu Arjun’s house to inform him about the case, the actor didn’t treat them well. The Chief Minister also pointed out that many film stars rushed to meet Allu Arjun after his arrest, but they didn’t show the same concern for the injured boy in the hospital.

Reddy also questioned how the actor was released on bail so quickly. Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13, and the Telangana High Court granted him temporary bail the next day. Reddy said that there shouldn’t be special treatment for the actor.

In response to the incident, the state government promised to take action against anyone responsible for harming the public. Reddy also mentioned that late-night benefit shows, which are held without permission, should be properly managed to avoid such dangerous situations. The State Cinematography Minister, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, announced a ₹25 lakh assistance for the victim’s family and said the government would take care of the boy’s medical treatment.

Meanwhile, the boy’s health is improving. Doctors said that his vital signs are stable and he no longer needs extra help like oxygen. However, he still has some fever, and tests are being done to understand why. The doctors are keeping a close watch on his health.

The police have filed a case against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theater management based on a complaint from the woman’s family. The investigation is still going on, and more actions may be taken. This incident has raised concerns about safety and crowd control at public events, and the government has promised to make new rules to prevent similar incidents in the future.
