Rashmika Mandanna hints at love, marriage with Vijay

Actor Rashmika Mandanna has once again sparked buzz about her relationship with Vijay Deverakonda after recent reports claimed the two are set to tie the knot in February 2026.

During a candid conversation at an Honest Townhall campus event, Rashmika shared what she values in a life partner and even named Vijay when asked who she would marry among her co-stars.

Talking about her idea of love, Rashmika said, “My type is someone who understands life deeply and sees things from his own perspective. I want someone genuine, kind, and ready to fight any battle with me or for me. If there’s a war tomorrow, I know he’ll stand beside me — and I’d take a bullet for him too.”

When quizzed in a fun segment about who she would date, marry, or kill among the actors she’s worked with, Rashmika playfully said she’d date Naruto (the anime character) and marry Vijay Deverakonda — a reply that drew loud cheers from the audience.

According to reports, Rashmika has already begun wedding preparations, even visiting Udaipur to scout venues for a grand celebration. A source close to the couple mentioned that they are indeed planning to wed next year.

Rashmika and Vijay first shared screen space in Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). Though they have never publicly confirmed their relationship, fans often spot hints through matching vacation posts and appearances. The couple reportedly got engaged in October 2024, when Rashmika was seen showing off her ring in a video featuring her pet dog.
