Dubai Women Leaders Trained in Protocol Excellence

Dubai, September 24, 2025 – Under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Women Establishment (DWE), a three-day specialised training program on protocol concluded in Dubai, aimed at empowering 20 Emirati women leaders from government and semi-government entities.

Organised in collaboration with The Protocol School of Washington (PSOW), the program ran from September 22 to 24 and focused on equipping participants with skills to enhance their professional presence locally and internationally.

The initiative reflects Dubai Women Establishment’s mission to strengthen women’s leadership roles by blending professional competence with cultural and diplomatic excellence. Participants were trained on a wide range of subjects, including the definition and history of protocol, forms of address, concepts of honor, public speaking, personal diplomacy, and handling high-level interactions.

The sessions were conducted by Pamela Eyring, President of PSOW, along with Vice President Saeed Al-Salkhadi. Through workshops and practical exercises, the program prepared women to navigate diverse situations with confidence, ensuring they can represent their organisations and the UAE on global platforms with distinction.

Beyond technical knowledge, the program highlighted the importance of communication, professional conduct, and executive presence—qualities that reflect the UAE’s commitment to empowering women and building role models across sectors.

This training marks part of a wider series of initiatives by DWE designed to support Emirati women in leadership, reinforcing the country’s vision of developing female talent and ensuring their effective participation in national and international arenas.
