Dr. Mohamed Hegazy, Head of Supervision at WSP Middle East, who led the consultant teams for One Za’abeel, underscored the project's transformative impact on Dubai’s architectural landscape. He praised its blend of sustainability and luxury, noting its role in setting new standards for tall building design and innovation.

Looking ahead, One Za’abeel will be re-evaluated against other Excellence Award winners to compete for the "Overall Category Winner" in both awarded categories at the CTBUH 2024 International Conference in London and Paris, scheduled for September 2024.
