An Algerian man, only known as Omar B., who disappeared at the age of 19 during the Algerian Civil War in 1998, has been found after 26 years of being missing. The shocking discovery was made in his neighbor's house, merely a short walk away from his family's residence in the city of Djelfa. Omar B.'s sudden reappearance has stunned his family, who had long assumed him to be either kidnapped or deceased.

Now 45 years old, Omar B. was located amidst haystacks just approximately 200 meters from his family's home.
