This remarkable feat comes on the heels of her sensational victory over world number 14, Nina Mittelham, at the Grand Smash event. Batra's journey to the quarterfinals was marked by a display of exceptional skill and determination.
The Indian star's triumph over Mittelham was swift and decisive, with Batra dominating the match with scores of 11-6, 11-9, 11-7 in just 22 minutes of play. This victory not only marked Batra's first win over Mittelham in four encounters but also underscored her current form and prowess on the global stage.
