Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Issues Resolution Restructuring Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council Board of Directors

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has taken a significant step in enhancing governance within the emirate by issuing a resolution aimed at restructuring the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC). This resolution reflects the commitment of the Abu Dhabi government to ensure the highest standards of quality and conformity across various sectors.

As part of this restructuring, His Excellency Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi has been appointed as the new Chairman of the QCC Board of Directors. With his wealth of experience and expertise, His Excellency Al Zaabi is poised to lead the council towards achieving its objectives effectively.

Among the prominent members are the Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, the Undersecretary of the Department of Energy – Abu Dhabi, the Undersecretary of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, the Undersecretary of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, the Secretary General of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, the Director General of the General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs, the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Hazardous Materials Management Centre, and the Assistant Undersecretary for the Standards and Regulations Sector at the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.

This comprehensive representation ensures that the interests of various sectors, including economy, energy, health, environment, agriculture, and industry, are effectively addressed in the council's activities.
