Dubai, UAE: The 30th Gulfood has opened officially on February 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), gathering thousands of attendees from across the globe. The international event is gathering over 5,500 exhibitors from 129 nations, comprising leading CEOs, policymakers, investors, and industry specialists. The event, titled 'The Next Frontier in Food,' promises to drive USD 20 billion in trade agreements, highlighting innovative technologies and partnerships in the food and beverages industry.

Keynote Address by H.E. Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy

On day two of the event, H.E. Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, the UAE Minister of Economy, will give a keynote address at the launch Food500 Summit. He will explain how Gulfood affects the economy of the UAE and the role of the country as a global trading hub. H.E. Abdulla stated that the UAE's emphasis on the food sector is part of an economic diversification strategy, boosting local food production, and making the country a leading food exporter. The nation aims to develop its economy to AED 3 trillion by 2031.

Food500 Summit: Top Food Strategy Leaders

The Food500 Summit is the crown jewel of Gulfood, featuring industry leaders who engage in discussions on the future of food.
