The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced its operational hours for the upcoming Eid Al-Adha holiday, scheduled from Saturday, June 15, to Tuesday, June 18, 2024. During this period, the Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport, situated in Terminal 3's Arrivals Hall, will remain open 24 hours a day, providing continuous services to travelers.
Additionally, the Al Aweer Customer Happiness Centre will operate daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. throughout the holiday period. This schedule ensures that customers can complete their procedures smoothly and efficiently during the specified hours.

The GDRFA highlighted the availability of its digital services as a convenient means for customers to conduct transactions and communicate effectively. These digital platforms are designed to streamline processes, thereby saving time and effort for users.

Emphasizing its commitment to customer satisfaction, the GDRFA stated that maintaining operational continuity during the Eid Al-Adha holiday reflects its dedication to offering flexibility and convenience. The aim is to provide comprehensive support through accessible digital services available 24/7.
For inquiries related to GDRFA transactions, customers are encouraged to contact the "Amer" call center service at the toll-free number 8005111, which operates continuously. Furthermore, the General Directorate encourages the use of the Dubai Now application and its official website (http://www.gdrfad.gov.ae) to facilitate seamless completion of transactions and access to information.
