Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding have announced their joint acquisition of Enviroserve, a leading e-waste specialist in the Middle East, Africa, and Caucasus region. Established in 2004, Enviroserve is renowned for its state-of-the-art facility dedicated to recycling electrical and electronic equipment waste generated within the region. The agreement, with both entities acquiring equal shares, underscores a commitment to innovative waste management solutions and sustainability practices.

Ali Al Dhaheri, Managing Director of Tadweer Group, highlighted the strategic importance of partnerships in driving circular economy initiatives, while Ahmad Hamad Bin Fahad, CEO of DUBAL Holding, emphasized the collaborative effort towards setting new standards in e-waste management.
