Arzan Wealth Launches UK Industrial Real Estate Portfolio

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 05 January 2026 – Arzan Wealth (DIFC) Limited (“Arzan Wealth”), a Dubai-based investment advisory firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), has announced the launch of its UK industrial real estate portfolio, marking a strategic expansion of its advisory activities into the British industrial property market.

The newly established portfolio has been seeded with high-quality industrial assets located in well-established regional hubs across the United Kingdom. These include Stuart Close Industrial Estate in Cardiff and Baird Court at Park Farm Industrial Estate in Wellingborough, a prime Midlands location within the UK’s highly sought-after “Golden Triangle” logistics corridor.

The portfolio strategy is focused on acquiring well-located light industrial and multi-let assets that demonstrate strong occupier demand, defensive characteristics, and resilient income profiles. Through active asset management and a disciplined investment framework, the portfolio aims to enhance income stability while delivering long-term capital appreciation.

The strategy targets an average cash yield of approximately 8% to investors, underpinned by a prudent and risk-managed approach to asset selection and portfolio construction. Arzan Wealth provided advisory services in connection with the establishment of the portfolio and will continue to advise throughout the holding period.

The firm is also actively progressing a robust acquisition pipeline and expects to add further assets in the near term, with the objective of scaling the platform to approximately GBP 200 million in value.
