After comedian Sunil Pal shared his scary experience, actor Mushtaq Khan, known for his roles in movies like Stree 2 and Welcome, revealed that he too was kidnapped while on his way to an event. Mushtaq Khan’s business partner, Shivam Yadav, explained that Khan was held by the kidnappers, tortured for 12 hours, and they demanded ₹1 crore as ransom.
Mushtaq Khan was invited to attend an event in Meerut. He received an advance payment and flight tickets as part of the arrangement. Believing it to be a real invitation, Khan traveled to Delhi. When he arrived at the Delhi airport, the kidnappers met him, pretending to be event organizers. They asked him to get into their car, but instead of taking him to the event, they forcefully drove him to a remote location outside Delhi.
Once there, the kidnappers held Khan captive and tortured him for hours. They demanded ₹1 crore in ransom from him. During this time, they also took ₹2 lakh from his bank account and his son’s account. The situation became worse as the kidnappers threatened him and refused to let him go.

While in captivity, Khan heard the sound of the morning azaan and realized that a mosque was nearby. He used this moment to escape from the house where he was being held. Khan ran to the mosque and found local people who helped him contact the police. With their help, he was able to return home safely.
Shivam shared that Khan and his family were deeply upset and shaken after the incident. After calming down, they decided to file a police complaint. Shivam traveled to Bijnor to lodge the FIR and provided evidence like flight tickets, bank details, and CCTV footage from the airport. Khan also remembered the area and the house where he was kept, which may help the police catch the kidnappers soon.
This incident happened just days after comedian Sunil Pal went through a similar experience. Sunil Pal was kidnapped from the Haridwar highway while traveling to attend a private event. The kidnappers demanded ₹20 lakh from him and released him only after he paid ₹8 lakh.
Shivam expressed concern about two well-known figures facing such dangerous situations in such a short time. He said it is shocking that these crimes happened to public personalities. He hopes this raises awareness and leads to better protection for celebrities and other individuals traveling for work.
Both incidents have left the entertainment industry and the public deeply worried. Many are now calling for stricter safety measures to protect people from such situations. The police are investigating both cases, and there is hope that the kidnappers will be caught and brought to justice soon.
