Abu Dhabi Launches Family Space Platform at GITEX 2025

Abu Dhabi is taking family support into the digital age. The Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi (DCD) has officially launched the Family Space project on the TAMM platform at the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion during GITEX Global 2025. The launch was attended by prominent leaders from the social sector, including His Excellency Eng Hamad Ali Al Dhaheri, Undersecretary of DCD.

The initiative is designed to simplify access to government services for families, offering a smart, unified dashboard that covers all stages of family life. From marriage services and children’s education to senior citizen support and overall family well-being, the platform ensures families can manage their needs efficiently in one place.

Innovative Digital Experience

Family Space was developed in collaboration with the Department of Government Enablement (DGE) and several government entities. Its interactive interface provides a personalised control panel for each family, allowing members to track academic reports, register for schools, monitor school transport, and access other essential services.

A standout feature, the Family Tree, visually maps out family connections and links each member to relevant services and information. Specialised services are also included for People of Determination (POD) and senior citizens, ensuring an inclusive digital experience for all.

The platform integrates over 190 digital services, streamlining access and creating a seamless journey for users. Additional tools include the Medeem journey for young couples preparing for marriage, offering financial and housing support alongside premarital preparation programmes. The platform also caters to pet owners and households employing domestic helpers, providing easy management of official documentation.
