Wynn Resorts is building a huge and exciting hotel called Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE. This will be the first of its kind in the country and will open in 2027. The hotel is close to Dubai International Airport and will have luxury rooms and a casino.
As of November 21, 2024, the building is more than halfway finished. The walls have reached the 29th floor, and the main tower is on the 26th floor. The workers are moving fast, completing one floor every week. They plan to finish the top of the building by December 2025. The building has grown 44 meters in just 100 days.

Wynn Resorts is overseeing the design and construction of the hotel with the help of more than 90 experts. Over 9,100 workers are on site every day to make sure everything goes well and on time.
When the hotel is done, it will have 1,542 rooms and suites. Right now, 1,121 rooms are ready, and 820 rooms are still being worked on. Workers are adding ceilings, walls, floors, and all the plumbing and electrical systems. Elevators and escalators are also being installed.
The hotel will have 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, as well as a large beach club by the Arabian Gulf. It will also have beautiful gardens, private cabanas, and a giant swimming pool.
For shopping and relaxing, the hotel will have a large shopping area with fancy stores, a five-star spa, and a beauty salon. There will also be a big space for meetings and events and a theater for shows.
Wynn Resorts is working with two other companies, Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, to build the hotel. After getting a license for a casino in October, Wynn believes the UAE gaming market will grow to $3 billion to $5 billion, and the resort could make $1 billion to $1.67 billion from gaming.
Wynn’s CEO, Craig Billings, is very excited about the new hotel and believes the UAE is the most exciting place for business in many years. He thinks the team and the resort’s design will make it very successful.
When Wynn Al Marjan Island opens in 2027, it will become one of the top places to visit in the UAE and bring more tourists and business to the region.
