Post by : Raina Mansoor

Meet Mr. Matthew Carlyon from Al Rayaheen Charter School, Al Ain, who started a heartfelt program called the Habib Programme to support young boys in their journey to improve their behavior through love, care, and emotional well-being.

Launched last academic year, this student-first initiative has already changed many lives. Its main aim? To make students feel safe, happy, and supported at school. And it worked! The success of this program earned it a well-deserved award at the ADEK Awards 2025.

This video is a tribute to true educational leadership—where care and compassion go hand-in-hand with innovation.
