Quoting Article 399 of Federal Decree Law No. 31 of 2021, which pertains to the Crimes and Penalties Law (the Penal Code), the post highlighted the potential consequences for individuals who intentionally put others at risk while driving. It stipulates imprisonment and fines, or a combination of both, for such actions. Notably, if harm of any kind results from the reckless driving, imprisonment is mandated, without prejudice to any additional penalties as per the law.
