The UAE has offered its heartfelt condolences and support to the United States after the deadly wildfires in California. These wildfires have caused many deaths, and injuries, and forced thousands of people to leave their homes.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of the UAE expressed deep sympathy to the U.S. government and its citizens. They also sent wishes for the quick recovery of those injured in the disaster.
The death toll from the wildfires has risen to 10, according to the latest report from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.
The fires have caused serious damage in Los Angeles, destroying over 10,000 buildings and vehicles. Tens of thousands of people have been forced to evacuate their homes to stay safe.
One of the largest wildfires has burned nearly 20,000 acres in the wealthy Pacific Palisades neighborhood, and another in Altadena has burned 13,700 acres.
Firefighters have made some progress in controlling the fire in Pacific Palisades. They have managed to contain six percent of its outer area, which means the fire can no longer spread in that direction. The battle against wildfires continues, with more efforts being made to stop the fires from causing further harm.
