His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs, recently expressed his heartfelt condolences following the passing of Ahmed Rashed Juan Al Dhaheri.
