In response, a GoFundMe campaign organized by Jason Bubb has raised an astonishing $1,242,212, far surpassing its initial $7,000 goal. The campaign was launched to support Comperatore's family, especially his daughter Allyson, who has been an integral part of their community.

The heartfelt message on the fundraiser page reads, "Saturday night, our friend and family, Allyson, lost her father due to a senseless, tragic act at the Trump Rally in Butler." It encourages contributions to help the family during this difficult time, with a physical donation spot set up at a local gym.

Plans for Comperatore's funeral have been announced, with a public procession scheduled from Freeport Community Park to Laube Hall in Freeport on Thursday, July 18, at 2 pm. Visitation hours at Laube Hall are set for 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, followed by a private burial. Donations can be made to Cabot Methodist Church or Buffalo Township Firehall.

Regarding funeral attendance, initial reports suggested Donald Trump would be present, but later sources clarified that he would not be attending due to logistical reasons, as reported by the New York Post. Trump, however, personally called Helen Comperatore, Corey's wife, offering his condolences and expressing continued support in the following weeks.

In addition to the GoFundMe for Corey Comperatore's family, another fundraiser titled 'Support For Butler PA Victims - President Trump Authorized' has raised an impressive $5,266,135 out of a $1,000,000 goal. This fund aims to assist all victims affected by the rally incident, which resulted in Comperatore's death, injuries to two others, and an injury to Trump himself. The perpetrator, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was killed by Secret Service snipers during the incident.
