To add to her traditional look, she applied minimal alta, a red dye, on her hands and feet. Her hair was neatly tied in a braid, decorated with gajra, which is a garland made of flowers. Her makeup included winged eyeliner, kohl-lined eyes, a soft blush on her cheeks, and a small bindi on her forehead, giving her a graceful and traditional appearance.

The Gowri Puja is an important ritual for Telugu brides, where the bride prays for blessings and happiness in her married life. This ceremony was an intimate moment for Sobhita as she celebrated it surrounded by her loved ones. She looked calm and serene, fully embracing the tradition and its meaning.

After the Gowri Puja, Sobhita changed into another saree for the mangalsutra ceremony, which is a very special part of Telugu weddings. This time, she wore a madhuparkam saree, which is white with red borders and made of cotton. This saree holds a lot of cultural significance and is traditionally worn by Telugu brides when the groom ties the mangalsutra around their necks. The mangalsutra is a sacred necklace that symbolizes the couple’s union. Sobhita paired this saree with a matching blouse that had delicate embroidery.
