Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan meets with Rwandan President

Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan, Minister of State, met with the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. They talked about how to make the relationship between the UAE and Rwanda stronger and discussed areas where both countries can work together.

Sheikh Shakhboot shared the greetings of UAE leaders, including President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He also wished for Rwanda’s growth and success.

During the meeting, Sheikh Shakhboot and President Kagame talked about how to improve the connection between the two countries. They agreed on the importance of working together and promised to keep expanding their cooperation for the benefit of both nations.

Sheikh Shakhboot also met with Rwanda’s Foreign Minister, Olivier Nduhungirehe, to discuss ways to make the relationship between the two countries even better.

This visit follows President Kagame’s recent trip to the UAE, where he attended Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. This shows that both countries are working hard to improve their relationship, focusing on shared goals like sustainable growth and progress.
