His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the President of the UAE Olympic Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dubai Health Board of Directors, joined a special charity event called The Hope Run. This event was organised by Al Jalila Foundation, the charity arm of Dubai Health, in partnership with Dubai Healthcare City Authority and supported by the Dubai Sports Council.
The event took place at the beautiful Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2 Promenade in Al Jaddaf, and more than 1,500 people took part, including 300 children. The participants ran different distances between 1 to 3 kilometers to help raise awareness and funds for The Child Fund—a project by Al Jalila Foundation that helps provide medical care to children in need.
