His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, recently visited India on an official trip. During his visit, he met with the UAE’s diplomatic team in India and also spent time with young Emiratis studying at Indian universities.

While meeting the UAE diplomats, Sheikh Hamdan praised the great work being done by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is led by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He thanked the Ministry for building strong relationships with other countries and for always protecting the rights and interests of Emiratis living or traveling abroad. He also mentioned how important the team in India is in helping strengthen the partnership between the UAE and India.

The members of the diplomatic mission were very happy about Sheikh Hamdan’s visit. They said his presence motivates them to continue working hard to represent the UAE in the best possible way and to help achieve the country’s international goals.

Later, Sheikh Hamdan met with a group of Emirati students who are currently studying at universities across India. He told the students how proud the UAE is of them for continuing their education in another country. He called them “ambassadors of the UAE” and said they are helping to build the future of the country through their hard work and learning.

“You are not only students, you are representing your country while living abroad,” Sheikh Hamdan told them. He encouraged them to stay focused, do their best in their studies, and return to the UAE with the knowledge and skills needed to support the country’s progress. He also asked them about how they were doing in their studies and about their life in India, and he wished them all success in their journey.

This visit by Sheikh Hamdan shows how much the UAE cares about its people, whether they are working abroad or studying far from home. It also highlights the strong and growing friendship between the UAE and India.
