Sharjah Schools to Reopen for In-Person Education on April 29

In response to the heavy rains on April 16, which disrupted normal operations in Sharjah, schools and colleges had shifted to distance learning as a precautionary measure. The decision was made by the local emergency, crisis, and disaster management team in Sharjah to ensure the safety and well-being of students, teachers, and staff.

However, following concerted efforts by educational institutions and government authorities to assess and address the situation, it has been declared that in-person education will resume across all educational institutions in Sharjah starting from Monday, April 29. This decision reflects the collaborative response to swiftly address the challenges posed by the adverse weather conditions experienced in the country.
